海外二板市场的表现、原因及启示

摘　　要：文章论述了海外二板市场普遍表现不佳的原因,同时也论述了美国的纳斯达克市场为什么强于其它二板市场的原因,并从中得出一些启示,认为在我国也不应建立二板市场,并提出了发展多层次的证券交易场所的设想。After discussing the cause of generally poor show of foreign second board markets,the paper ana-lyzes the reason that American EASDAQ shows better than other second board market,and also derive enlight-enment from foreign second board markets.In the mean-time ,this article consider that China should not establish second board market at present ,and then puts forward the assumption to develop multiple-level securities trade places.
