摘　　要：通过分析中条山有色金属公司胡家峪铜矿原矿总成本的构成和影响因素 ,提出降低生产成本的技术管理措施。降低采掘比、优化爆破参数、改进爆破方案、降低掘进炸药单耗和水泥支护量、合理工程投入等是降低原矿总成本的有效措施。The measures for reducing the production cost of run of mine ore i Hujiayu Copper Mine, Zhongtiaoshan Nonferrous Metals Corp. are shown based on the analysis of the constituents and the influencing factors of the run of mine ore. Decreasing the ratio of mining to digging, optimizing the blasting parameters, improving the blasting plan, reducting the specific explosive consumption ad the dosage of the cement for supporting, appropriate investment for engineering are the effective measures for decreasing the production cost of the ru of mine ores.
