摘　　要：总结平果铝二期工程环境影响评价的工作经验 ,深入分析该工程环评的过程、内容及特点。以西部大开发发展战略、广西铝电资源优势、科技发展与产业政策以及促进老区的经济发展为前提 ,采用先进的纯拜尔法砂状氧化铝生产和 35 0kA特大型预焙电解槽清洁生产工艺 ,工程设计与环境影响评价有机结合 。The process, contents and characteristics of the environment evaluation of Phase 2 Project of Pingguo Aluminum Company is described The environment protection engineering of Phase 2 Project of Pingguo Aluminum Company is advanced by the combination of environment impact evaluation with the engineering design and the application of clear production technology of Bayer process for alumina production and 350kA prebaked cell for aluminum reduction on the precondition of the West Development Strategy, resource advantages of aluminum and electricity, policy of science and technology development and economical developing of undeveloped regions
