摘　　要：介绍城市生活垃圾气化熔融焚烧技术及其工艺流程特点。将垃圾在 5 0 0～ 60 0℃下热解气化 ,含碳灰渣在 130 0℃以上熔融燃烧 ,烟气余热回收发电 ,熔融渣用作建材原料 ,实现垃圾综合利用和无害化处理 ,但要求生活垃圾的热值高于 60 0 0kJ/kg。The technological processes and the features for the municipal solid waste disposal by incinerating with gasification and ash melting are presented The municipal solid waste is gasified by the thermal cracking at 500～600℃, and dregs is burned and melt in the melting furnace at above 1300℃ The heat in the furnace is recovered to generate electricity, and the molten slag is used as the raw materials of the building materials The comprehensive utilization and no harmful disposal of the municipal solid waste are achieved The heat content is required to be more than 6000kJ/kg in the municipal solid waste
