摘  要:介绍山西铝厂氧化铝贮运系统回转反吹袋式收尘器的改造效果。采取电器集中隔尘 ,改造主风机轴承箱 ,滤袋换型 ,增加门型支架等措施 ,解决了悬臂传动机构寿命短 ,反吹风机振动大 ,电器故障多 ,滤袋寿命短 ,支撑大盖轴承用不住等问题。回转反吹袋式除尘器运转率由 5 0 %提高到 95 %左右 ,收尘器出口测定达标 ,岗位操作环境得到明显改善 ,取得了良好的效果。The modification results of the bag house dust scraper in alumina oxide transporting system of Shanxi Aulminum plant are reported The problems of short running time of the wearing of cantilever transmission system, heavy vibration of the blowing air motor, much breakdown of the electrical control system, short service time of the filter bags and the main blower bearings are solved by the measures of housing all electrical control cabinets, changing the lubrication type for main blower bearings, replacing the filter bag by the new material one, and supporting the main blower bearings The running efficiency of dust scraper is increased from 50% to about 95% And the off gas is consonant with the requirement of the discharge standard, the work post condition is also improved The ideal result is achieved by the improvement
