泡沫柱洗涤技术在有色冶炼SO_2烟气治理中的应用

摘　　要：介绍泡沫柱洗涤技术在制酸烟气净化、有色冶炼炉窑烟气除尘脱硫及硫酸尾气脱硫中的实际应用情况。会泽铅锌矿 18m2 锌沸腾焙烧烟气制酸净化改造工程采用泡沫柱洗涤技术 ,提高了硫酸质量 ,减少了污水排放量。治理广西龙泉锑冶炼厂沸腾炉及吸风烧结盘等烟气 ,SO2 脱除率≥ 97%。治理政和化工厂硫酸尾气 ,平均排放浓度由 0 4%降到 364mg/m3,远低于国家排放标准 (12 0 0mg/m3)。The practical applications of the foamy column scrubbing technology in gas cleaning of acid making and gas dust precipitation and desulfurization of the nonferrous metals smelting furnaces, and the off gas treatment of the sulfuric acid production are infroduced The foamy column scrubbing technology is adopted in the transformation of acid making gas cleaning in Huize Lead zinc Mine, the quality of the sulfuric acid becomes better than before, and the drainage of the wastewater is reduced And it is used in the smelting gas treatment of the fluid bed roaster and sintering disc in Longquan Antimony Smelter, the removal of the sulfur dioxide is higher than 97% In Zhenghe Chemical Plant, the sulfur dioxide content in the sulfuric acid production off gas is decreased from 0 4% to 364mg/m 3, far less than the 1200mg/m 3, the requirement of the National Discharge Standard The foamy column scrubbing technology is worth popularizing in the gas treatment for nonferrous metals smelting
