注射用阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗支原体肺炎的对照研究

摘　　要：目的 :评价注射阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎的有效性和安全性。方法 :采用开放性临床试验 ,阿奇霉素治疗 5 0例 ,静滴 10mg·kg-1·d-1,疗程 4 .72± 0 .16d ;红霉素治疗 4 8例静滴 2 0～ 30mg·kg-1·d-1,2次 /d ,疗程 6 .88± 0 .2 0d。结果 :阿奇霉素临床总有效率 96 % ,对照组 94 % ,不良反应率 8% ,对照组 17%。结论Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of injectable azithromycin in treatment of pneumonia infected with mycoplasmal pneumoniae in children. Methods: 98 children with acute pneumonia were recruited into the open study.50 children were treated with injectable azithromycin in once daily dose of 10mg/kg for 4.72±0.16 day, 48 children were treated with injectable erythomycin in twice daily dose of 20～30 mg/kg for 6.88±0.20 day. Results: The overall efficacy rates of azithromycin were 96% and 94%,adverse events were 8% and 17%. Conclusion: The study shows that injectable azithromycin is well tolerated and effective in treating pneumonia infected with mycoplasmal pneumoniae in children.
