摘 要:研究了Er^(3+)离子在铋酸盐玻璃中的荧光光谱性质,应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算了铋酸盐玻璃中Er^(3+)离子的强度参数Ω_t(t=2,4,6)及~4I_(13/2)→I_(15/2)跃迁的谱线强度比值Sed/(Sed+Smd),给出了铋酸盐玻璃中Er^(3+)离子具有宽带发射的结构性解释,表明了Er^(3+)离子周围晶体场强度与Sed/(Sed+Smd)间存在的反比关系。The fluorescence spectra of Er3+ in bismuth-based glass were analyzed in this work. From the structural properties the strength parameters, Omega(t) ( t = 2, 4, 6), and line strengths of I-4(13/2)--> I-4(15/2) transition of Er3+ were calculated according to the Judd-Ofelt theory. The results show that Er-O bond has much weaker covalency in bismuth-based glass than that in other glass hosts. With the increase of B2O3 content, the covalency of Er-O bond becomes weaker, the Omega(6) parameter and S-ed / (S-ed + S-md) ratio increase monotonously, the crystal field strength around Er3+ ion sites becomes weaker, the variation in crystal field around Er3+ ion from site to site becomes greater which leads to a more inhomogeneous distribution of Er3+ sites, then leading to a more inhomogeneous broadening of the spectra, and the FWHM parameter of I-4(13/2) --> I-4(15/2) transition of Er3+ ion becomes broader accordingly. Furthermore, a relationship between the crystal field around Er3+ sites and the line strength of I-4(13/2)--> I-4(15/2) transition of Er3+ ion was found that the former is inversely proportional to the latter, which gives ways for researchers to evaluate the crystal field strength around Er3+ site more easily.
