摘　　要：对加罩电极的罩作用机理提出了自己的看法,与同行们共同讨论,这对更好地认识和掌握加罩电极法有好处,也对今后相关技术的发展有好处。In this paper, the cover function of electrode with an outer cover is discussed. Volatile elements have high sensitivity in the method of reference[1], because the temperature of electrode with sample is reduced by the outer cover, and the diffusion loss of atoms on the electrode with sample is not reduced by the outer cover. When the vaporization of volatile elements is rapid, their determination sensitivity is worsened greatly because the effectively entered vapour is reduced.
