摘　　要：介绍了数字电视中用来增强图像画质的一种常用方法——色度瞬态改善(CTI)。介绍了该方法的基本原理、常用算法和三星公司提出的一种新算法,并讨论了该算法的硬件实现方案和代价。This paper introduces a common used method of picture quality enhancement in digital TV which is named color transient improvement(CTI). After briefly introducing the basic principle and algorithm of this method, it proposes a new algorithm of Samsung corporation and its hardware implementation.
