摘　　要：提出把隔震橡胶垫放置在上部砌体与底层框架结构之间的隔震措施 。An analytic method of the non-proportional damping effect for a masonry building with frame structure in the first storey with laminated rubber bearings between the first and second storey is presented.By which the composite damping ratio of the building can be obtained.
