摘  要:对壳聚糖进行改性制备了可完全溶于水的N-羟丙基三甲基季铵化壳聚糖(HTCC),IR谱图证实取代反应主 要发生在壳聚糖的氨基上。絮凝实验显示HTCC的澄清效果优于壳聚糖,其絮凝剂投药量的适用范围更宽。对红花 水提液的浊度去除率达95%,有效成分保留率在76.6%以上,同时兼有抑菌作用。Chitosan derivative with quaternary ammonium salt.N - (2 - hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium) - chitosan chloride(HTCC), was prepared to improve its cationic content and water solubility. Flocculation of HTCC on extraction liquid of carthamus tinctorius L was explored. HTCC could effectively clarify extraction liquid and retain active constituents in a wide dosage application range. Liquid flocculated by HTCC demonstrated a stronger antibacterial activity than that of chitosan.
