摘 要:研究了在HAc NH4Ac介质中,以1,10 菲口罗啉为活化剂,锰(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化偶氮胂Ⅰ褪色反应的条件及影响因素,建立了动力学光度法测定痕量Mn(Ⅱ)的新方法。方法线性范围为0~80μg L,检出限为6.3ng mL,对60μg LMn(II)测定的相对标准偏差为2.6%。导出了动力学方程,该催化反应的表观活化能为130.4kJ mol。已用于野菜、水果样品中锰(Ⅱ)的测定。A new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of Mn(Ⅱ) was studied. It was based on the catalytic effect of Mn(Ⅱ) on the discolouring oxidation of ArsenazoⅠ by potassium periodate. The influential factors of reaction and the optimum conditions were investigated in detail. The linear calibration curve from 0 to 80 μg/L of Mn(Ⅱ) and the detection limit of 6.3×10-9 g/mL was reported. The relative standard deviation for 60 μg/L of Mn(Ⅱ) was 2.6%(n=11). A kinetic equation was derived and the apparent activation energy of catalytic reaction was found to be 130.4 kJ/mol. The method was used to determine Mn(Ⅱ) in edible wild herbs and fruit with satisfactory results.
