摘　　要：利用二阶微分方程动力系统理论研究了国际收支中的国外净资产问题,将文[1]中讨论的模型推广到更一般的情形,由此得到:随着国内经济的变化国外净资产也可能会产生周期性变动、趋向于无穷甚至产生混沌现象。Differential equations of net overseas assets are presented as a result of the study of net overseas assets and the current account balance in terms of the theory about differential equations. It's concluded that the net overseas assets is likely to make periodical movements or move towards infinitude or chaos in response to changes in national economy.
