摘　　要：目标识别与定位是数字图像处理技术中的十分关键的一部分。该文提出了针对在复杂的彩色背景下特定运动目标定位的快速有效方法。同时在实践基础上 ,针对图像处理中的特征向量的提取给出了一个操作性较强的方法。在解决了某个特定环境下实现目标识别和跟踪的同时 ,对其它相类似的情况下的数字图像处理也是有借鉴之用的。Object recognition and orientation is the key of digital image processing. In this paper, the authors propose an efficient and effective method for recognizing and tracking specific moving object in a complex color background. And,on the basis of the experiments, the authors also present a applied method for acquiring and analyzing the vector of characters. What's more, it is also a reference to digital image processing on the similar condition, while achieving the recognition and tracking of object in the specific circumstances.
