摘 要:采用玻璃珠为载体,以硅酸钠为粘合剂,将TiO2光催化剂进行固载,进行光催化氧化模拟氨氮污水实验,研究了催化剂固载条件和降解反应条件对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,较优的TiO2固载条件为:TiO2与Na2SiO3质量配比为1.6,焙烧温度400℃,焙烧时间3h;较优的反应条件为:催化剂投加量2.5g/L,曝气量0.24m3/h,pH值在8左右,氨氮去除率可达53.9%。TiO_2 films is deposited on the surface of glass beads with Na_2SiO_3 as binder. The influences of conditions in immobilization and reaction on the catalyst are studied by its photo-degradation of ammonia-nitrogen. When the proportion of TiO_2 to NaSiO_3 reaches 1.6, the catalyst had the highest activity after roasted at 400 ℃ for 3 h. During the photo-catalytic oxidation process, the adequate reaction conditions were found as following: quantity of catalyst reached 2.5 g(TiO_2)/L, the air rate was 0.24 m^3/h, and the pH value was about 8.At the optimal condition,the removal ratio of NH_3-N is 53.9%。
