摘　　要：由羟基特戊酸新戊二醇单酯(NGPV)研制GP-185聚酯树脂,适用于配制高固体分涂料。介绍了GP-185聚酯树脂的合成工艺及其性能指标,并列举用GP-185树脂制备有机涂层钢板用面漆和聚酯烘漆的配方及其性能指标。A GP-186 polyester resin based on neopentyl glycol hydroxypivalate(NGPV)is suitable toformulate high solid coatings.The synthesis pro-cess and technical specification of the GP-185polyester resin have been described,and formu-lations for the top coat of coil coating andpolyester baking paint based on GP-815 resinand their technical specifications were also list-ed。
