摘 要:铸造高速钢共晶碳化物呈网状分布于晶界,其韧性受到严重削弱,因此使生产和应用受到限制。变质处理是改善共晶碳化物形态和分布,扩大铸造高速钢应用的有效途径。本文介绍了变质处理对高速钢组织与性能的影响和铸造高速钢的应用,提出了进一步推广使用变质铸造高速钢值得重视的若干问题。The eutectic carbide in the cast high speed steel (HSS) is distributed at the grain boundary in network shape, the toughness of which has been greatly weakened, so that its production and the application has been restricted. The modification is an effective channel for improving of the eutectic carbide shape and distribution, and enlarging the application of the cast HSS. This paper introduces the effect of the modification on the structures and properties of the HSS and its applications, meanwhile several important issues during the application of the modification have been put forward.
