摘 要:在中试气提式外环流冷模反应装置上,研究表观气速UG、液相主体流速UL和气含率εG的关系,揭示小装置上反映不出的现象并为生产提供指导。反应装置高2.5m,由一个上升管与两个下降管组成,其内径分别为0.47m和0.08m,已接近于中试规模。对不同开孔方向和开孔数的气体分布器,分气液及气液固情形进行研究。结果表明:UL随UG升高呈线性上升;εG随UG增大而增大,二者也呈线性变化;εG随UL增大略有增大;分布器开孔向上比向下具有高的εG;活性炭加入500g比加入250g更能提高εG。This paper studied the relationships of the superficial gas velocity, U_G, the liquid loop velocity, U_L, and the gas hold-up, ε_G, in a pilot-scale airlift-external-loop reactor to investigate larger scale effects that do not exist in small reactors. The pilot-scale airlift-external-loop reactor was 2.5 m in height with one riser and two downcomers. The riser inner diameter was 0.47 m and the downcomer inner diameters were 8 cm. For gas-liquid and gas-liquid-solid conditions, the effects of U_G on U_L and U_G or U_L on ε_G were investigated for different hole orientations and hole numbers in the gas distributors. The results show that U_L and ε_G increase linearly with U_G. The increase of ε_G with U_L is not obvious, but is higher with an upward gas distributor than with a downward gas distributor. ε_G is higher with 500 g active carbon than with 250 g.
