摘　　要：以磷酸为脱水剂,乙醇为助溶剂,通过正交试验确定蓖麻油脱水的最佳反应条件,使所得脱水蓖麻油的共轭二烯物含量达33％,碘值达156,色泽浅,为大规模工业化生产蓖麻油提供了可靠的工艺参数。The optimum reaction conditions for the dehy-dration of castor oil with phosphoric acid as de-hydrator and ethanol as latent solvent to lead toa content of conjugated double bond in dehydrat-ed castor oil up to 33%,iodine value156 with I lighter color,which provides reliable technologi-cal parameters for industrial scale production ofdehydrated castor oil.
