摘　　要：白细胞介素 4介导TH1/TH 2平衡 ,诱导B细胞增殖 ,IgE产生 ,促血管细胞间粘附分子表达 ,促Eos ,MC ,Bas浸润至炎症部位 ,在哮喘的发病机理中发挥重要的作用 .现就白细胞介素IL-4 can induce the unbalance of TH1/TH2, regulate B cell reproduction, synthesize IgE, increase expression of vascular cell adhesive molecule and promote eosinophil, mast cell, basophil and T cell to transmigrate into inflammation position across the endotheliumand. It plays a key role in the development of asthma.
