非洲菊组培试管苗移栽管理技术探讨

摘　　要：近年来 ,非洲菊组培试管苗移栽成活率较低的问题 ,直接影响了我区鲜切花生产规模与效益。本文从非洲菊试管苗的炼苗、移栽基质的选择、移栽管理等方面 ,对非洲菊组培试管苗移栽管理过程中的一些关键技术进行了研究与探讨 ,为利用试管苗移栽培育非洲菊。In resent years, the transplant survival rate of the young plant of African Chrysanthemum cultured from tissue in tube is very low, it has influenced the production scale and benefit of fresh-cuting-flower in Ningxia. This paper discusses the key skills of the transplant and management of the young plant of African Chrysanthemum cultured from tissue in tube from the choice of transplanting host, method of management after transplanting and offer the favorable basis for culturing African Chrysanthemum in tube and promoting the production of fresh-cuting-flower in Ningxia.
