摘 要:用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对钠基蒙脱土处理得到了有机土蒙脱 ,以均苯四甲酸酐和 4 ,4′ -二氨基二苯醚为原料 ,利用溶液聚合原位插层法合成了聚酰亚胺 蒙脱土纳米复合材料 .X -射线衍射 (XRD)、红外分析 (FTIR)测定了处理前后蒙脱土结构的变化 ,结果表明插层剂已进入到蒙脱土层间并使层间距增大 ,扫描电镜 (SEM)对材料的微相结构进行了分析 ,TGA测试了材料的热性能 .Polyimide/montmorillonite nanocomposites were synthesized by using pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) and 4,4′-oxydianiline diamine(ODA) as monomers, as well as organic montmorillonite as reinforcement. The structures treated and untreated montmorillonite were investigated by XRD and FTIR. The results show that organic group has intercalatered into montmorillonite and the spaces of silicate layers has increased. SEM results show that the nanocomposites has a special structure in which montmorillonite is dispersed homogeneously in nanoscale. Thanks to this special structure, polyimide/montmorillonite nanocomposites had better thermal propertie than pure polyimide.
