摘　　要：目的 探讨闭锁性脊膜膨出的诊断和治疗。方法 手术治疗7例闭锁性脊膜膨出患儿。结果 7例患儿手术效果满意,手术和病理结果证实术前诊断。结论 闭锁性脊膜膨出是一种在胚胎期脊髓脊膜向椎板缺损处膨出过程中异常的停顿,是一种未发展的脊膜(脊髓)膨出,初步诊断通过病史和检查,确诊依赖手术所见及病理,通过手术治疗能得到满意的效果。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and the therapy of atretic myelomeningoceles. Methods Seven cases patients with atretic myelomeningoceles received operation treatment. Results Seven patients got satisfactory efficacy after operations, the preoperation diagnosis was confirmed by the operations and the pathological examination. Conclusions Atretic myelomeningoceles is an abnormal interrupt in the period of embryo phase when spinal cord and meninges are protrusion through the incompletely formed vertebrae. Preliminary diagnosis can be obtained from the medical history and the examination.However,final diagnosis needs depend on the pathology and the findings of the operation. The satisfactory effect can be realized through the operations.
