摘 要:本文通过对几幢高层钢结构设计实例的统计分析,得到了高层钢结构不同构件地震作用效应与恒载效应的比值范围;通过考虑阻尼比为0.02的地震反应谱的离散性,得到了50年内地震作用和某一强度地震作用下结构弹性反应的概率统计特征;参考有关文献给出了高层钢结构不同构件抗力的概率统计参数;运用改进的一次二阶矩方法得到了高层钢结构构件承载能力抗震可靠度水平,通过和新抗震规范有关延性构件抗震可靠度水平的比较以及考虑高层钢结构的特点等因素,建议了高层钢结构抗震设计中承载能力的目标可靠指标。By means of statistical analysis of several high-rise steel structures, therange of the ratio between earthquake action effect and permanent load effectfor different elements in the structures is presented in this paper. The statisti-cal parameters of elastic response of structures to an earthquake in a serviceperiod of 50 years and an earthquake with a specified intensity are obtainedby considering the scattering of response spectra with a damping ratio of 0.02.The statistical parameters for the resistance of different elements in the high-rise steel structures are given also.Meanwile, by use of the modified secondmoment method of first order, the aseismic reliability level of load bearingcapacity for structural elements is obtained.Compared with the aseismic relia-bility level for ductile elements specified in the new aseismic design code(GBJ 11-89 ) and considering the properties of the high-rise steel structuresetc., The object reliability index of load bearing capacity for the aseismicdesign of the high-sise steel structures is proposed.
