摘  要:以稻褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ、盂加拉型、九龙江型的长翅型(M)、短翅型(B)的遗传纯系为试验材料,观察了生物型的亲代翅型对子代的遗传效应以及水稻生育期和虫口密度对翅型遗传的影响。结果表明:稻褐飞虱3种生物型子代的翅型表型与亲代的遗传关系密切,但各生物型子代的翅型表型存在差异;在多头饲养条件下,水稻生育期对3种生物型翅型遗传的调节作用较为明显,但这种影响同亲代翅型和褐飞虱所属生物型有关;在单头饲养条件下,稻株生育期对不同生物型翅型分化几乎没有影响,但亲本遗传的制约依然存在。Experiments were carried out with the pure-bred strains of both macropterous(M) and brachypterous(B) brown planthopper(BPH) ,Nilaparvata lugens (Stal) biotype Ⅱ ,biotype Bangladesh and biotype Cuulong Delta in order to know the effects of parents, rice growth stage and population density on the wing dimorphism of F1 progenies. The results indicated that the relationship between the wing dimorphism of F1 progenies and parents of three BPH biotypes was close. but difference existed in wing dimorphism of F1 progenies of three BPH biotypes. At the density of 25 nymphs per tube,regulate effects of rice growth stage on wing dimorphism genetic of three BPH biotypes were obvious , but these effects had a bearing on wing form of parents and BPH biotypes. In single rear experiment, rice growth stages have no effect on wing dimorphism of three BPH biotypes, but restriction of parents genetic still existed.
