摘  要:建立了蔬菜和水果中甲基毒死蜱、毒死蜱、联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯残留量的分析方法。将样品中的甲基毒死蜱、毒死蜱、联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯经盐析提取和固相萃取(SPE)小柱净化,用毛细管色谱柱分离,气相色谱仪带微电子捕获检测器(u-ECD)测定。该分析方法中5种农药的检出限为0.002~0.005mg/kg,添加回收率为84.0%~104.0%,在0.002~3.00 mg/kg范围内检测线性关系良好,其线性相关系数为0.995。该分析方法灵敏、准确,操作简便,适合蔬菜和水果中甲基毒死蜱、毒死蜱、联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯残留量的分析。An efficient method to determine petiscide residues include chlorpyrifosmethyl, chlor-pyrifos,bifenthrin,fenpropathrin and cypermethrin in vegetables and fruits has been established. The five petiscide residues were extracted with Acetonitrile throuth salt layer and cleaned-up by Solid-phase Ex-traction(SPE) and detercted by GC-uECD on an HP-5 column. The isolation of the pesticides in the chro-matogram is fine with a little interference . Minimum detection limits of this method were between 0. 002 -0. 005 mg/kg. The average recoverries and coefficients of variation of the method were determined . The result show that recoveries are between 84. 0% to 104. 0% ,with the RSD from 2. 1% to 6. 8%. The linear ranges of the methods were 0. 002-3. 00 mg/kg(r=0. 995). The method is sensitive,accurate and suitable for the analysis of the five petiscide residues in vegetables and fruits.
