人工养殖条件下哲罗鱼生长的初步研究

摘　　要：哲罗鱼[Hucho taimen(Pallas)]又称太门哲罗鱼,属鲑形目,鲑科,哲罗鱼属,是我国大型的土著名贵冷水性鱼类.由于生态环境遭到破坏,资源量下降,目前仅分布于新疆哈纳斯湖和乌苏里江上游及黑龙江呼玛河段[1],并被列入<中国濒危动物红皮书>[2].The growth characteristics of juvenile Hucho taimen (approximately 19 months old) were studied in flowing water ponds in the period from May 1st 2001 to November 30th 2002. The results showed that the instantaneous growth rate is affected by the change of water temperature, its peak of 1.65 appears in the growth stage of 4 months old fish when water temperature is 16.83 ℃; The instantaneous growth rate decreases to 0.15 when water temperature is 4.75℃. Body weight increase and relative growth rate are also influenced by the change of water temperature, and the growth rate speeds up as the age increases in this stage. The growth index and growth constant show fluctuant and irregular changes under the rearing condition. Growth model of Hucho taimen juvenile indicates an exponential growth, its equation is Wgc =1. 8141e0.2922l, r = 0.9808. The linear relation model between body weight and age is L = 29.419 + 0. 4944x , r=0. 9808. The curve relation model between body length and body weight is Wwl = 0.0005 L2.1906, r = 0.9823, b < 3 . The artificial feed can be used to rear the fish as the main food, but the condition factor of fish fed on formulated feed is much lower than that of fish fed on Limnodrilus and Copepoda .
