摘　　要：利用一维、二维及扩散等现代核磁共振实验方法研究了罗格列酮马来酸盐在溶液中的形态 ,并利用快速平衡的模型半定量求出它在溶液中的解离常数Kd 为 3.36mmol·L- 1.A compound structure in the solution state is investigated with modern NMR techniques including one dimensional, two dimensional and diffusion NMR. Using NMR experimental data,the disassociation constants for the investigated compounds are derived with the fast equilibrum mode—a semi stoichoimetric equation. As a result, the disassociation constant K d of 3.36 mmol·L -1 is obtained for Rosiglitazone Maleate.
