摘 要:研究了低剂量辐射(LDR)后脾细胞裂解成分对淋巴细胞自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性的影响。用McAb直接法分离出CD_(57)细胞和非CD_(57)细胞(除CD_(57)外的所有淋巴细胞)并以两者为效应细胞,K5_(62)细胞为靶细胞,将CD_(57)与非CD_(57)杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用进行比较;测定计算各自的杀伤活性并观察LDR辐射后脾细胞裂解成分对杀伤活性的影响。结果表明,CD_(57)及非CD_(57)细胞均对肿瘤细胞有杀伤作用,且非CD_(57)细胞的作用更强;LDR辐射后脾细胞裂解成分能分别增强CD_(57)及非CD_(57)细胞体外抗肿瘤细胞效应(NK细胞活性及NK活性)。To find effect of lysate of spleen cells after LDR on NK activity of CD57 cells or non-CD57 cells. Lysate of spleen cells after LDR were extracted. McAb (anti CD57 cells) was used to separate CD57 cells from human peripheral blood by Panning direct method. The CD57 cells and non-CD57 cells were used as effective cells.K562 cells labeled by 3H-TdR were used as target cells. The ratio of effect cells to target cells was 10:1.NK activity of CD57 cells or non-CD57 cells with the lysate of spleen cells after LDR was reflected by the efficiency of anti tumor cells. The 3H-TdR incorporation in K562 cells cultured with non-CD57 cells was significantly lower than that with CD57 cells. After use of the lysate of spleen cells after LDR, NK activities of NK cells and non-NK cells were 1.24 and 1.58 respectively. They were both increased obviously compared with control groups. The effect of anti K562 cells of non-NK cells is even greater than that of NK cells. The lysate of spleen cells after LDR can enhance the effect of both non-NK cells and NK cells.
