摘　　要：在传统电信网向下一代网络(NGN)演进的过程中,为了既能与现有电路交换网络兼容,又可以实现对未来分组交换网络的承载,ITU-T提出了独立于承载的呼叫控制协议(BICC),BICC已经成为目前的一个研究热点。在介绍了BICC的体系架构与功能模型之后,分析了BICC的呼叫流程,最后给出了如何实现BICC对IP网络的承载控制。In the evolvement of PSTN toward NGN,ITU proposed BICC(Bearer-Independent Call Control)to support compatibility of PSTN and NGN and bearer of packet switching network in future.After introduction to structure and modeling of BICC,this paper analyzed the call procedure in BICC and presented bearer control protocol of BICC in IP network.
