香港产业结构演变与城市竞争力发展研究

摘　　要：本文首先对香港经济增长阶段进行了划分,细分为5个阶段;其次,对以制造业、批发零售酒店餐饮业、交通仓储通讯业、金融保险业等四个行业及其内部部门结构演变进行了定量与定性分析,提出演变的特征;第三,揭示产业结构演变的动因及其对香港城市竞争力发展的影响;最后,从区域战略规划角度给出简要结论。Firstly, the economic development process in Hong Kong is divided into five phases on the basis of real economic growth rate. Secondly, the inner sector structure evolvement within Manufacturing; Wholesale & retail, restaurants and hotels; Transportation, storage and communications; Financing, insurance, real estate and business services is studied by using quantitative and qualitative method respectively. And the characteristics of its evolvement are also explored. Thirdly, the essay revealed the impetuses to the industry evolvement and its impacts on Hong Kong urban competitiveness development. At the end, the conclusion is proposed on the view of the regional strategic planning.
