摘　　要：本文从建设贵州省县级烟草公司管理信息系统的实例出发,全面介绍了管理信息系统和网络技术在烟草行业中的应用技术和实现。this text is from a solid example of developments management information system in county class tobacco company, Guizhou province , to set out, and completely introduced the management information system and network technique with the applied technique and realizes method in the tobacco profession.
