摘　　要：相位噪声是调频发射机的一个重要性能指标,而减小相位噪声的一个重要方法就是引入∑Δ调制器。在传统分析方法的基础上,对中频偏移条件下的相位噪声近似分析,得出量化噪声分析及其仿真结果,并导出选择∑Δ调制器的建议。Phase noise is an important parameter of FM transmitter. An important approach of reducing the phase noise is to use a sigma-delta modulator. Based on conventional methods, an approximate approach of phase noise analysis is proposed at intermediate offset frequencies, quantization noise analysis and its simulation are given, and proposals concerned with the selection of sigma-delta modulators are also described.
