摘　　要：通过采集、解剖青杨天牛虫瘿,找出虫体发黑却不僵硬的死虫,用差速离心法分离出病毒初提物。采用重复感染试验、光学显微镜检查和电子显微镜检查等方法,对病毒进行了鉴定。认为在山西省北部自然存在着一种能够感染并致死青杨天牛幼虫的病毒,该病毒是一种核型多角体病毒。After collecting and anatomizing the warts of Superda populnea,some black dead larvas were fund out,which were not so hard-shelled.By using the method centrifugation with different speed,some extracted virus substances were obtained.After doing infection experiment and checking under the photic microscope and electron microscope,the virus substance was figured to be a province,infects the larvas of Superda populnea and makes them dead.
