摘　　要：通过对矿井充水机理和水害成因的分析研究,提出了水害治理的技术和管理措施,具有应用与推 广价值。Based on study of the mechanism of water inrush and the water disaster origin, the technology and measures of the control of water disaster have been put forward. The conclusion is valuable to popularize and apply.
