摘　　要：利用计算机及计算机网络对滤嘴成型机组中滤嘴产量、滤嘴质量、材料消耗、设备运行状态和故 障报警信号进行采集,实现生产过程的信息化管理,提高生产质量、降低材料消耗和方便设备的维护具有重要 意义。Making use of computer and network to gather the signals of the filter output and quality, the material consumption, the run state of machines and the malfunction alarms in filter tip molding set to realize the process of production with informationalizd management, improve quality of production, reduce the consumption of material and be convenient for maintaining machines,has great significance.
