中国律师的处境及其改观的必然性

摘　　要：目前中国律师的处境可以用"困惑"与"艰难"来形容。律师执业过程会见难、取证难、阅卷难、受歧视、社会地位低等众多障碍限制着律师行业的健康发展。随着"依法治国"的不断深入和中国加入WTO等内外环境的不断改善,从事物发展的内因和外因的角度上看,中国律师走出困境是必然的。At present, Chinese lawers are in puzzle and in difficulty. It is so hard for them to meet criminal clients,to select evidence,to read case materials and so on. Also, the social status of Chinese lawers is humble too. The Chinese lawers are always discriminated by judges and prosecutors. But we are glad to see that China is carrying out the policy of 'ruled by law'. And, China is entering the WTO. From the inner and outer reasons of development, we can make a conclusion that it is certain for Chinese lawers to have a new outlook.
