摘　　要：目的　对洗涤血小板洗涤前后的质量进行对比。 方法　 采用富浆法手工制备浓缩血小板 ,以0 .9%生理盐水洗涤 ,并在洗涤前后对各项指标进行质量检测。 结果　 洗涤后血小板回收率达 91.0 8% ,白细胞清除率达 97.74 % ,血浆蛋白清除率达 99.78% ,血小板的pH值 6 .0 6、粘附功能、聚集功能、表面张力反应无显著变差异 ,无细菌生长。血小板平均体积 (MPV)及形态分布宽度 (PDW)与洗涤前无明显改变。 结论　 洗涤后血小板回收率高 ,清除不绝大部分的血浆蛋白、白细胞、红细胞 ,降低了同种免疫、输血不良反应和伟播相关疾病 ,各项质量指标符合国家要求。因此洗涤血小板是一种安全有效的血小板制剂 。Objective To compare the quality of platelet before and after platelet washing.Methods to take platelet-rich plasma to prepare condensed platelet,then wash it with 0.9% saline water,and conduct quality check on all indexes before and after washing.Results after washing,the platelet recycling rate reached 91.08%,the leucocyte clearing rate reached 97.74% plasma proein clearing rate reached 99.78%,platelet's pH is 6.06,there's obvious difference in adhesion? agglutination?surface tension.Mean platelet Volume(MPV) and platelet distribution width (PDW) before and affer washing with no bacteria in culture .Conclusion after washing,platelet recycling rate is higher, The washed platelet has few plasma protein,W.B.C,R.B.C. in order to decrease synoimmunity, transfusion reaction as well as transmiting related disease.All quality indexes of washed platelet are in accordance with Chinese standards.So washed platelet is a safe?effective agent,which deserve to be widely applied clincally.
