摘  要:为了比较用不同活化剂的两种稳定性二氧化氯消毒剂的性能,用丙二酸碘量法和定量杀菌试验在实验室进行了观察。结果,用三氯异氰尿酸活化的百消净二氧化氯消毒剂以含二氧化氯40 mg/L作用5 min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌平均杀灭率均可达到99.98%以上;400 mg/L作用5 min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭率达99.94%。用柠檬酸活化的绿城二氧化氯消毒剂以含二氧化氯50 mg/L作用10 min,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌平均杀灭率达99.94%以上,对白色念珠菌作用5 min平均杀灭率为99.99%,用400 mg/L作用5 min对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率为98.66%。结果表明,不同活化剂对二氧化氯杀菌效果有一定影响,以三氯异氰尿酸活化的二氧化氯杀菌效果更好。In order to compare the properties of 2 stable chlorine dioxide disinfectants using different activators, malonic acid iodometry method and quantitative germicidal test were used for laboratory obser-vation. The results showed that the chlorine dioxide disinfectant Bai-Xiao-Jing containing chlorine dioxide 40 mg/ L activated by trichloroisocyanuric acid with a 5 min contact time could kill over 99.98% in average of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans, that containing chlorine dioxide 400 mg / L with a 5 min contact time killed 99.94% in average of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger. The Lu-Cheng chlorine dioxide disinfectant containing chlorine dioxide 50 mg/ L activated by citric acid with a 10 min con-tact time killed over 99.94% in average of E. coli and S. aureus, that with a 5 min contact time killed 99.99% in average of Candida albicans and that containing chlorine dioxide 400 mg / L with a 5 min contact time could kill 98.66% of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores. The results indicated that different activators have cer-tain influence on germicidal efficacy of chlorine dioxide and the germicidal efficacy of chlorine dioxide activated by trichloroisocyanuric acid is better.
