常压高温技术在消毒与灭菌中的应用

摘　　要：为观察水汽循环常压高温蒸汽锅在消毒与灭菌方面应用的可能性,用微生物培养方法对其用于培养基灭菌效果进行了检测。结果,对常压高温蒸汽锅灭菌处理后的培养基检测全部无菌生长,用嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢菌片监测亦全部达到灭菌合格要求。结果显示,常压高温灭菌器在121℃条件下,灭菌20min,可使微生物培养基达到良好的灭菌效果,具有实际应用价值。In order to observe the possibility of application of steam circulation normobaric high-tempera-ture sterilizer to disinfection and sterilization, microorganism culture method was used to examine its effica-cy in sterilization of culture medium. The results showed that no bacterial growth was found in all culture media treated with normobaric high-temperature sterilizer. Monitoring with Bacillus stearothermophilus spore carrier also showed fulfilling the requirement of eligible sterilization. The results indicated that under the conditions of 121 癈 and sterilization for 20 min, the normobaric high-temperature sterilizer can achieve good efficacy in sterilization of microorganism culture media and has practical value for use.
