万福金安消毒液杀菌性能的实验观察

摘　　要：为了解万福金安消毒液杀菌效果,用悬液定量杀菌试验并对现场手消毒效果进行了试验观察。结果,在室温下,以含100 mg/L有效氯的万福金安消毒液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min,以其含2000mg/L有效氯的消毒液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用10 min,杀灭率均达到100％。有机物对其杀灭微生物效果有一定影响。In order to know the germicidal efficacy of Wan-Fu-Jin-An disinfectant solution, suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried out and the efficacy of hand disinfection in field trial was observed. The results showed that at room temperature, the killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to Wan-Fu-Jin-An disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 100 mg/ L for 5 min and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to the disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 2 000 mg / L for 10 min were 100%. Organic substance had certain influence on its germicidal efficacy.
