摘 要:为探索气体等离子体杀灭细菌的机理,利用扫描电镜技术对紫外线、臭氧以及气体等离子体处理过的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌菌体表面结构进行了分析和比较。结果,紫外线和臭氧处理后,两试验菌表面结构完整,大小形态基本正常,但两者作用后的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌细胞质比较疏松;等离子体处理后的金黄色葡萄球菌体积比正常菌增大,胞质变疏松,且菌体间出现融合现象,而大肠埃希菌细胞间隔模糊、融合,细菌形态已难以辨认,且菌体间出现中等密度物质。结果显示,臭氧、紫外线处理过的细菌菌体表面结构完整,空气放电等离子体作用后使细菌的表面结构受到破坏;等离子体对革兰阴性菌细胞壁损伤比对革兰阳性菌细胞壁的损伤明显。In order to explore the mechanism of action of gas plasma in killing bacteria, the scanning electronmicroscopic technique was used to analyze and compare the surface structure of bodies of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli treated with ultraviolet rays, ozone and gas plasma. The results showed that after ultraviolet irradiation and treated with ozone, the surface structure of the 2 test bacteria still kept intact and their size and morphology were essentially normal, but the cytoplasm of the 2 bacteria be-came loose. The size of S. aureus treated with gas plasma increased as compared with the normal one, the cytoplasm became loose and fusion between bacterial cells appeared, while E. coli cells after treatment with gas plasma showed obscure border and fusion, the morphology of the bacteria was difficult to be identified and subtance of moderate density appeared between E. coli cells. The results indicated that the surface struc-ture of bacterial cells treated with ultraviolet rays and ozone kept intact, while those treated with gas plasma were destroyed. G- bacteria were more susceptible to injurious effect of gas plasma than G bacteria did.
