医院消毒灭菌的效果监测报告

摘　　要：为提高医院消毒灭菌质量,有效降低和控制医院感染发生率,对一医院临床各科室消毒灭菌情况进行了监测。结果,使用中消毒液监测合格率为97.00%～98.98%,室内空气合格率97.85%～98.34%,物体表面合格率96.29％～100％,透析后液合格率69.23％～89.01％,灭菌物品合格率97.22%～100％。显示,本医院各科室消毒质量呈逐年提高趋势。In order to improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization in hospitals and to reduce and con-trol effectively the incidence of nosocomial infection, the disinfection and sterilization status in various clini-cal departments of a hospital was monitored. The results showed that the eligible rate of disinfectant solu-tion in use was 97.00%-98.98%, those of indoor air, object surfaces, post-dialysis fluid and sterilized arti-cles were 97.85%~98.34%, 96.29%~ 100%, 69.23%~89.01 % and 97.22%-100% respectively. It was indi-cated that the quality of disinfection in various departments of this hospital tended to improve year by year.
