摘　　要：目的　比较娱乐场所暗娼和妇教所、收容所 (所内 )暗娼的一般人口学状况和性行为、吸毒行为以及性病求医行为状况的差异。方法　使用艾滋病综合监测中的暗娼行为监测问卷进行一对一的问卷式调查 ,收集暗娼的一般人口学特征和艾滋病相关高危行为的状况 ,使用EpiInfo 6 0 4进行数据录入 ,使用SAS 8 1进行统计分析。结果　以在性活动中是否得到过钱作为衡量标准。在来自当地妇教所 135名、收容所的 6 7名女学员和当地低、中高档歌城的 4 98名服务小姐中 ,分别有 10 8名和 312名承认有暗娼行为 ,两者比较后发现 ,过去 1个月从不使用安全套率分别为 5 4 %、32 4 % ,每次都用分别为 6 5 7%、32 4 % ,两者差异均有非常显著的统计学意义 ( χ2 =5 3 75 ,P <0 0 0 1;χ2 =36 32 ,P <0 0 1)。结论　所内和歌城暗娼的高危行为有显著性差异。因此在使用暗娼哨点监测的所内暗娼数据解释该地整个暗娼人群的状况时 。Objective To compare the behavior differences between female sex workers (FSWs) in female detention centers and those in entertainment sites Methods 1) Subjects:Sex workers detained in detention centers (including female re-education centers) in 2002 in X city, and sex workers from 17 Karaoke enterainment establishments. 2) Sampling: 202 subjects from detention centers in 2002 were sampled. 108 subjects admitted their commercial sex behavior. 498 waitresses from 5 upper-tier and 12 lower-tier Karaoke entertainment sites were selected from a total of 32 different entertainment sites. 312 of them admitted to commercial sex behavior. 3) Investigation: Scientists from the Department of Epidemiology at NCAIDS directed the investigation. All investigators from local centers for disease control and prevention received adequate training. Face-to-face investigations were conducted in a quiet rooms. 4) Analyzing: Databases were set up in Epi Info 6.04. The data collected was analyzed by chi-square, rank sum test and fisher's exact test, and logistic regression models were created to analyze risk factors connected with condom use utilizing SAS 8.1 analysis software Results 108 sex workers in detention centers and 312 sex workers in entertainment sites were investigated separately about their AIDS-related risk behaviors. The differences between these two groups places were (1) Demographic characteristics, such as age, marital status and education, were different. (2) The consistent condom use was higher among FSWs in entertainment sites and never condom use are lower among them. The rates of never using condoms in the past months among women inside and outside the centers were 5.4% and 32.4%, respectively while the rates of consistent use of condoms were 65.7% and 32.4% respectively. Significant difference was observed in these two groups Conclusion There were significant differences in demograplhic charactistics, sex behaviors and drug use behavior between FSWs in detention centers and those in entertainment sites.
