NS-60高效抗钒活性剂在重油催化裂化装置上的应用

摘　　要：介绍了NS-60高效抗钒活性剂在福建炼油化工有限公司重油催化裂化装置上的应用情况,证明该剂具有良好的捕集、钝化钒效果。可提高系统催化剂活性3个百分点,降低催化剂单耗约0.1kg/t,液化气及柴油收率分别提高0.45及2.0个百分点,汽油收率相应减少1.8个百分点。化工原材料消耗可以节省约278万元/a。The application result of NS-60 anti-vanadium agent in the resid FCCU at Fujian Petrochemical Company was presented. The agent showed good performance of vanadium trapping and passivating. After adding the agent, the catalyst MAT activity in the system increased by 3 units and the make-up rate of the fresh catalyst dropped by 0. 1kg/t. The LPG and LCO yields increased by 0. 45 and 2. 0 percentages respectively, and the naphtha yield decreased by 1. 8 percentages correspondingly. The consumption of chemical raw materials could save about 2. 78 million yuan per year.
