摘 要:通过XRD和FT-IR等分析手段跟踪钛硅分子筛晶化生成分子筛的过程,并探讨了钛硅分子筛晶化生成分子筛的晶化机理。结果表明:在晶化初期,硅钛胶聚合体中硅钛相互作用逐渐形成微小晶核,这种微小晶核具有复杂结构,随晶化过程缓慢长大形成分子筛;与以酸性中心为催化活性中心的常规分子筛不同,钛硅分子筛的苯酚羟基化反应活性不与结晶度成正比,而与分子筛中的氧化活性中心有关;晶化过程不仅生成分子筛,还具有清理分子筛孔道的作用。XRD and FT-IR spectroscopy were used to trace crystallization course in the forma-tion of titanium silicalite molecular sieve, and its crystallization mechanism was discussed. The micro-crystalline substances in incipient crystallization were formed by the interaction of titanium and silicalite in the polymer. The titanium silicalite molecular sieve was formed with the growing of the microcrystal-line substance, which had a complex structure in incipient crystallization. The phenol hydroxy reactivity of titanium silicalite molecular sieve was different from the acid activity of the molecular sieve in the con-ventional definition of crystallinity. The reactivity of the former was not in proportion to the crystallini-ty, which was related to the oxidation active sites in the molecular sieve. The crystallization process not only played a role to form the molecular sieve, but also acted as cleaning up the pores and/or washing off the impurity in the channels.
