摘  要:为灵活调变催化裂化柴汽比,并降低汽油烯烃含量,设计了一种用于轻烃裂化的新型套管式提升管反应器。通过冷模试验考察了外管流化线速对内外管催化剂床层密度、固体颗粒速度的影响,研究了固体颗粒在内外管流量的分配关系。试验结果表明:采用该结构可以实现催化剂在内外管内流量的灵活调变,外环内催化剂质量流量可以在24.5%~44.3%范围内调节。A casing-tube riser reactor has been designed for flexible adjusting the FCC LCO/ naphtha ratio and reducing the olefin content in naphtha. Through the cold model experiment, the influence of gas linear velocity in shell pass on the catalyst bed density and particle velocity in both shell and tube passes, as well as the flow dividing in two passes, were investigated. The experiment results showed that with this casing-tube structure, the flexible adjusting of flow in two passes could be realized. The mass flow rate of the catalyst in the shell pass could be adjusted from 24. 5% to 44. 3% of the total.
