摘  要:为了满足我国高炉长寿的需要,开发了一种高性能钢冷却壁。本文阐述这种冷却壁的热态实验。实验结果表明,这种钢冷却壁的冷却能力明显大于铸铁冷却壁,能够承受150kW/m2的热流密度。由于钢冷却壁具备冷却能力大、壁体薄和造价低等优点,因此有着很好的工业应用前景。In order to meet the needs of prolonging the blast furnace life,a cooling steel stave with higher performance was developed.A test for studying the thermal state of the stave was described in this paper.The testing results show that the cooling capability of the steel stave is larger than that of the cast iron stave obviously.It can endure a heat flux of 150kW/m^2.The cooling steel stave has a good commercial prospect because it has advantages of larger cooling capacity,thinner body and lower production cost,etc.
