摘  要:使用介质搅拌磨并以0 8~1 4mm氧化锆陶瓷微珠为研磨介质对水镁石、电气石、云母(包括白云母、金云母、绢云母)进行了超细粉碎试验。选择适宜的助磨剂、分散剂、料浆浓度、研磨时间等试验条件,得到了d50=0 78μm、d97=1 85μm的水镁石和d50=0 75μm、d97=1 07μm的电气石,以及d50=0 75μm、d97=1 93μm的云母超细粉体;而且物料的原有晶形在超细粉碎过程中得到了保护。The experiment research for preparation of super-fine powder of brucite?tourmaline and mica has been made by a ball-stirring mill with 0.8~1.4mm ceramic balls of zirconium oxide as grinding media.The super-fine brucite powder with particle size of d_(50)=0.78μm and d_(97)=1.85μm,super-fine tourmaline powder with particle size of d_(50)=0.75μm and d_(97)=1.07μm,and super-fine mica powder with particle size of d_(50)=0.75μm and d_(97)=1.93μm have been obtained under the conditions of suitable grinding aid,dispersant,pulp density and grinding time.The original crystal shape of the materials are also protected during they are grinded.
